Mighty Are The Girls

80027 Softball is a 100% volunteer-run, community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to building girls’ sports in Louisville and Superior while empowering young athletes through the game of softball. Our mission is to create opportunities for girls of all ages and skill levels to learn, grow, and compete in a supportive and empowering environment. Led by Mark Scully, a Louisville resident and passionate leader with over 15 years of success developing youth softball programs.  80027 Softball is more than just a softball organization — it’s a movement to build confidence, leadership, and lifelong skills through teamwork and competition in young women.

At 80027 Softball, we believe that the true wins go far beyond the scoreboard. Our program is built around developing the intangibles that create great athletes — and even greater people: effort, attitude, competitiveness, teamwork, and leadership. We want to see more girls outside, playing sports, building friendships, and learning how to face challenges head-on.

By experiencing adversity and growth on the field, our players gain the resilience and confidence to handle whatever life throws their way. Through quality coaching, mentorship, and community engagement, we’re building not only strong players but strong young women — ready to take on the field and the world with confidence.
